Each Gift and Bake cookie recipe yields 22-26 standard size cookies or more.

Gift and Bake places a six month shelf life for our recipes. This is a reflection of the baking soda and baking powder manufacturer recommendations for use. These ingredients are leavening agents that may affect the final product. Still, our recipes can be used for up to one year (if kept in a cool dark place - such as your pantry).

How long will the baked cookies stay fresh?

Fresh homemade cookies do not contain the preservatives of mass-produced store bought cookies. Homemade cookies will stay fresh for 2-3 days when kept in an airtight container. However, if you are not going to bake or eat them right away, both cookies and dough can be frozen for up to 3 months!
